The English Language Assistants Programme (Assistant d’anglais), managed internationally by France Education International (FEI) and in India by the French Embassy/Institut Français, is an initiative by the Ministry of Education. Each year, it selects approximately 200 Indian students from Indian universities and Alliance Française centers to teach English at public institutions in France. This program provides Indian participants with an opportunity to immerse themselves in French language and culture while sharing the richness of their own language and heritage.
